The business started with the Marine Environment Protection Program that concern for the Oil Spill in the seal. TQM cooperated with RO-CLEAN DESMI A/S (Denmark) the world leader of Oil Spill Recovery Equipments, the first project of sales and servicing four containers of Oil Spill Recovery Equipments for Port Authority of Thailand. This pilot project is the starting point of the products distribution to some other customers.
